Last year, to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the JET Programme, JETs past and present placed all around Japan created short, bilingual videos about the beauty of the areas they lived in as part of the JET Programme Video Contest. The JET Film Festival on Saturday November 18th at the Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art in Kobe will screen the winning entries of this contest, as well as “Live Your Dream: The Taylor Anderson Story“, the documentary of the life and legacy of Taylor Anderson, a JET participant from the US who lost her life in the 2011 Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami. Join us at this event and support the Taylor Anderson Memorial Fund, which was set up in her honour.
After the film screening will be a reception, providing an opportunity for you to network with current JETs, JET alumni and the local community over light refreshments. (Limited to first 50 people only. 2000 yen, or 1000 yen for current JETs/JET Alumni)

去年、JETプログラムの30周年を記念するために、全国のJET参加者や元JETが派遣された地元の魅力を発信する動画を作り、JETプログラム動画コンテストに参加しました。
このフィルムフェスティバルでは、受賞した動画を上映します。そして、2011年の東日本大震災で亡くなられたテイラー・アンダーソンについての感動的なドキュメンタリーを上映し、記念基金の募集を行います。
上映会の後はレセプションを行います。このレセプションでは、JET参加者や元JETなど、様々な国の方と交流できます。(先着順50名様まで)
※イベントは全て日本語と英語で行われます。動画・ドキュメンタリーも日本語と英語で上映されます。)
